Has your doctor's practice already issued a prescription for ViViRA?

To use ViViRA, ideally you need a prescription from your doctor.

It's straightforward: any medical or psychotherapeutic practice in Germany (including your GP) can prescribe ViViRA for you.

The best part: statutory health insurers cover 100 % of the cost of your training. Most private health insurers also reimburse the full cost. In the meantime you can already use ViViRA for 7 days and start your training.

For your health insurer to cover your 90-day training, the prescription has to be submitted to them. Once that's done, your insurer will send you your personal activation code for the app.

If you haven't received your activation code from your health insurer yet, you can still start with ViViRA and train for 7 days. Processing your prescription often takes a few days — use the waiting time for your first exercises.

If your activation code has already arrived, you can enter it in the ViViRA app and train for 90 days.
